The Lotus® Connections features (Activities, Blogs, Bookmarks, Communities, Files, Profiles, Search, and Wikis) and the Lotus Connections home page all provide application programming interfaces (APIs) that enable you to integrate them with other applications. Using the interfaces, you can programmatically access and update much of the same information that you can access and update through the Lotus Connections user interface.
