Google Maps, ExtJS and Domino - a Real World Example

An Ajax enabled equestrian stable mapping web site is created using the free PDQ Portal Web CMS for Domino and Google Maps. Features good performance even with large datasets.

Free CMS Version 4.2 with Quick Forms, Multi-Site and Google Data Mapping

Version 4.2 of the free CMS PDQ Portal is now available and has several major new features: - Create web forms that are fully integrated with the CMS using a single definition form. - Generate multiple related web sites from a single database (Great for organizations with departments or branches). - Display documents as points with popup info windows on a new Google Data Map portlet. Also included is a new demo database that contains simple photo gallery and ride sharing applications along with a full HTML newsletter design.

Open source Domino HTML Newsletter and CMS system

Another Open Source application has been added to the free PDQ Portal Content Management System. This add-on creates HTML newsletters directly from site content (or other Notes databases) and automatically converts the HTML for compatibility with the Notes email client.

New Domino Ajax CMS now has a Free version

The entry level version of PDQ Portal, previously priced at $999 is now free and comes with a number of open source applications. Much of PDQ Portal uses Jack Slocum's ExtJS JavaScript library. Grid, slideshow, Google maps and other Portlets can be created by filling in a web form and entering @formulas for data access. The CMS also includes a Knowledgebase, report generator, photo contest manager and more. All applications are open design.
